The Power Of Saying No

Often times we neglect ourselves to serve the wants and needs of others. Usually to our detriment emotionally and physically. Over the months, I have learned some harsh lessons. The most important of these was when to say no.

A Memorable Summer

Recently, I went out of my comfort zone. I participated in the Blogger & Vlogger Network’s (BVN) Collaboration Challenge! To my delight, I was paired with the multi-talented Kess Crystal from The Glamour Sauce blog. Going through her blog and Flickr stream, I discovered that Kess is a great writer and photographer.
